A short walk away from Huddersfield Railway Station. Very friendly staff. The room was a little cold on entry, but turning up the very efficient radiators soon warmed it up. Good water pressure for the bath and shower. The breakfast and service in the morning was good.

Very welcoming, the room and bathroom were cosy, clean and perfect for our stay. The little extras like toiletries and bathrobes were lovely and not cheap stuff either. The robes even fitted big girls like me! The hotel is laid out perfectly (we called it the tardis, was bigger than it looks). There was no interruptions from other guests, didn't even realise there were other guests until sunday morning breakfast time.

The room we had was of a good size, good choice of room lighting and having the use of a fridge an absolute bonus. Nice quality towels, toiletries and bathrobes. The small breakfast room provided a more than adequate breakfast of which the hot breakfast was cooked fresh to order rather than sitting around for ages. Personally I prefer non pork based bacon & sausages so the hot choice was great for me. Decent selection of small pastries, cereals, cheeses, sliced boiled eggs and chopped fruit also available. It was spotlessly clean and every member of staff we had an interaction with was lovely.

The location of this hotel is perfect as it is right in the centre of town so I felt safe as a woman travelling alone. The hotel is much more chic than anything else I have tried in Huddersfield and the room was very nice - clean and comfortable, with those little extras like a bathrobe and a fridge bar. The lady at the reception desk was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

We stayed for one night to see a gig at the Parish venue and it was easily walkable from the hotel, as was the train station and the main high street with bars/restaurants. Hotel interiors are very impressive, staff were friendly and helpful, and Molton Brown toiletries were a nice touch. Breakfast was ok, we appreciated hot breakfast options being included.

From being greeted on arrival until leaving the staff were so welcoming. They were available to answer any queries and all the staff carried out their duties from the cleaners, kitchen staff and reception with a smile on their face. The hotel is very clean and was warm on a cold and wet day. We both slept well. At breakfast the young lad who took our order couldn't do enough for us. We have stayed here before and has been perfect in every way. I do not even check out any other hotels in the area because there is no better.

The staff were outstanding, I was checked in by ELLIE on the front desk and she was polite, welcoming and really helpful following what had been a long journey to get there. Arriving late in the evening an needing to prepare for the next morning. Very professional young woman and was a credit to your hotel as she was also there the following morning when I checked out and had same polite welcoming persona. The next morning at breakfast both HARRY and SAL were once again so very welcoming polite and helpful. The three young employers were a huge credit to what turned out to be a surprising overnight stay and in this day and age to witness them so keen and professional was a breath of fresh air compared to other hotels I have stayed in and there have been young rude employers that expect everything.

It was very conveniently located. We like how the Tv in our room had access to Netflix and Disney+ etc. We liked that the doors beeped if they were left open/unlocked. This could especially be very reassuring for solo travellers.

Comfortable clean room and bathroom. Good quality towels and bath robes. Fridge. Good water pressure in shower . Good quality shampoo, conditioner and bath gel. central location. Car park at rear. Will book again when next in Huddersfield

The welcome by the receptionist was warm and polite (this really does not do justice to the excellent manner with which I was greeted). The room was above and beyond my expectations, a nice touch was the personal welcoming letter (left on the bed). The en-suite was not just an incidental add-on but a spacious room on the other side of the entrance vestibule. Everything about the property said quality. The breakfast was good, but in keeping with the beliefs of the owners, the sausages were chicken. The potions were generous and there was a good choice, again served with extreme politeness and attention , without being overbearing. Checkout was also in line with the qualities already mentioned.
